Jessica Simpson appeared on the Rachael Ray show back in December 2006. She showed up to surprise a fan of hers. It was really great how excited the fan was. The girl looked like she was about to have a heart attack when Rachael told her she was going to meet Jessica Simpson. Jessica looked gorgeous as usual. Love her hair!! It was a quick appearance, but you have to appreciate that she’d make a fan’s day like that. Jessica had a bit of a blond moment trying to find the stage.

Jessica is set to guest star on the NBC drama “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.”
According to the current issue of Life & Style, Simpson will be the musical guest on “Studio 60’s” fictional sketch-comedy show in an episode to air in November. The magazine goes on to say that “Jess also hopes the appearance will catapult sales of her album ‘A Public Affair.’”  read more »

Jessica Simpson sang for the first time since injuring a vocal cord a week ago, but only made it through one song before her voice cracked. Jessica sang “I Belong to Me” on NBC’s “Today” show Friday morning, but when she sang a high note on “With You,” her voice cracked. She paused for a moment and said, “All right, I tried that one,” before finishing the tune.
Jessica tried to soothe her voice with a concoction that “Today” host Matt Lauer described as “gnarly looking.” Jessica said her vocal coach made the “nasty” mixture.  read more »

Jessica Simpson hosted the Teen Choice Awards tonight, along side Dane Cook of course. She looked BEAUTIFUL in every outfit she had on!!! Jessica only won 1 out of the 3 awards she was nominated for. I was really upset, because Jessica Alba beat her out on Choice Hottie, and Choice Red Carpet Style, but she did win Choice Female Breakout for The Dukes Of Hazzard!!!  read more »

On Wednesday, Jessica Simpson and former husband Nick were formally announced as presenters at the MTV Video Music Awards, which will air Aug. 31. Oh and for good measure Nick’s new main squeeze, Vanessa Minnillo, will be doing backstage coverage for MTV Overdrive, the network’s online channel. So is there the makings of a live MTV showdown. The day Rosie O’Donnell makes her debut as a co-host for the View, Jessica will be on!! Everyone watch September 5, as Jessica and Rosie go way back! The Rosie O’Donnell show really helped Jessica back in her early years. When Jessica was just starting out, none of the big shows were interested in her, but Rosie took a chance on her and Jessica never forgot it. Rosie went backstage afterwards and said, ‘You’re gonna be a star.’ Jessica will never forget her. Heck yes and wasn’t Rosie right!!!

Jessica Simpson appeared on MTV’s “TRL” Wednesday to debut her new music video, “A Public Affair,” but ex-husband Nick Lachey’s new girlfriend, “TRL” host Vanessa Minnillo, was noticeably absent.Producers of the show made sure Minnillo wasn’t hosting when Simpson appeared in order to avoid an awkward encounter. Jessica will be hosting the Teen Choice Awards!! The eighth annual special will air live Aug. 20 on Fox (8 p.m. EDT). Her co-host will be announced at a later date, Fox said on Tuesday. At “Teen Choice 2006,” Simpson is nominated for choice movie breakout performance for her role as Daisy Duke in “The Dukes of Hazzard,” choice red carpet fashion icon and choice hottie.
